Customer Service Representative

Job is located in Lake Zurich, IL

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team for the summer! Both full-time and part-time available. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Main job duties include answering phones, filing contracts, data entry, answering emails to current and potential clients. Requirements: Must be 18 yrs of age or older, MUST LIKE BIG DOGS, flexible, hard-working and dependable, available Mon-Sat, and must be available during the week of 4th of July. This is a temporary seasonal position, the position is open NOW until September. Serious inquires only.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Must be available the week of July 4th
• Rotating Saturdays
• MUST BE OK WITH BIG DOGS!
